我們急聘擁有優秀銷售表現的粵語留學顧問，加入我們的遙距工作團隊！此崗位重點為促成客戶簽約，公司會提供高質素客戶資源，毋須自行開發客源。
We are urgently hiring Cantonese-speaking Education Consultants with strong sales conversion records to join our remote team. The core focus of this role is client conversion and closing. High-quality client leads will be provided by the company — no independent client sourcing required.
主要職責 / Key Responsibilities
透過電話或視像與公司提供的高質素客戶進行諮詢，清楚了解客戶需要及升學目標
因應客戶需求，精準推介合適的海外大學申請服務，並突出服務優勢
負責解答客戶疑問、講解服務內容及收費安排，主動推進簽約及收款，提升成交率
跟進客戶進度，配合團隊流程，確保簽約後服務銜接順暢
Conduct consultations via phone or video with high-quality clients provided by the company, understanding their needs and study objectives clearly
Recommend suitable overseas university application services tailored to client needs and highlight key service advantages
Address client enquiries, explain service details and fees, proactively drive contract sign-ups and payments to improve conversion rates
Follow up on client progress and coordinate with team processes to ensure smooth service delivery after client onboarding
入職要求 / Requirements
擁有 2–3 年或以上海外升學銷售／高價值服務銷售經驗優先
具備良好溝通技巧、主動成交意識及以目標為本的工作態度
對教育及升學行業具熱誠
粵語流利，具良好英語工作能力
2–3 years or above of experience in study abroad sales or high-ticket service sales is highly preferred
Strong communication skills, proactive closing mindset and goal-oriented working attitude
Passion for the education and study abroad industry
Fluent in Cantonese with good working English proficiency

薪酬待遇 / Compensation
每月總收入：HK$30,000 – 100,000+（視乎業績表現）
保底薪金：每月最少 HK$30,000，豐厚客戶佣金
出糧周期：每週結算
表現獎金：優秀員工可獲額外獎勵；晉升主管後可享有管理佣金
Total monthly income: HKD 30,000 – 100,000+ (performance-based)
Guaranteed basic salary: From HKD 30,000 per month, plus attractive client commissions
Pay frequency: 4 times per month (weekly settlement)
Performance bonus: Extra incentives for top performers; management commission available upon promotion to team supervisor

工作時間：每週 5 天
工作時段：香港時間 15:00 – 00:00
休息日：每週二、三
Working days: 5 days per week
Working hours: 15:00 – 00:00 (Hong Kong Time)
